Movember started in Australia 13 years ago when a group of friends decided to revive the (then deeply unfashionable) idea of the moustache. They were so blown away by the response that the following year they made "Grow a Mo" a charity campaign in a bid to change the face of men's health.
Today, Movember operates in 21 countries with £443 million pounds raised so far and £41 million raised last year alone!
13 men a day, every day, take their own lives in the UK
Men are facing a health crisis that isn't being talked about. They are dying too young, before their time. When it comes to their health, too many men don't talk, don't take action, and die too young. We're taking action and we need your help.
This Movember, Grow your moustache for men's health.
I'll be doing just that this Movember. Starting on the 1st of November I'll be once again shaving off my beard and growing my mo-stache. Each day I'll take a picture and at the end of the month, I'll turn all the photos into a short movie showing how my moustache has grown over the course of the month. I will be raising money again, and this year the highest donator after three weeks will be able to pick a colour which I'll dye my moustache for the final week.

Let's help stop men dying before their time.
