  • 20 ml Olive Oil
  • 1 Onion, chopped and sliced
  • 1 Carrot, peeled and chopped
  • ½ Green Cabbage
  • 1 Jalapeno
  • 400 g Chopped Tomatoes
  • 5 tsp Salt
  • 5 tsp Pepper
  • 12.5 g Brown Sugar
  • 60 ml Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 400 ml Vegetable Broth
  • 200 g Chicken Breast


  1. Saute the onion, carrot, cabbage, and chilli\'s in the olive oil in a large stockpot until they begin to soften, around 5 to 7 minutes.
  2. Stir in the tinned tomatoes, salt, pepper, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, and chicken breast.
  3. Simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally, for 20 minutes until the chicken is cooked through. Times may vary depending on how large or small you diced your chicken.
  4. Serve hot.
